Choosing your Salesmsg number
Once you start your trial enter the desired area code with our number picking prompt. Currently, you can choose from US and CAN numbers as well as Toll-Free phone numbers. If you have a specific number you would like to use, we can help text enable that number for you. We can text enable landlines and most VoIP numbers.

How can I text enable my landline number?

How do message credits work?

Your subscription includes an allotted amount of message credits that reset every time you enter a new month into your subscription. Each message credit is 160 characters Unused subscription credits do not roll over. Read more about How message credits work.

Upload a profile picture!

Upload your favorite selfie to Salesmsg and where ever there is an indicator for which user did something we put your smiling face. Head to settings, personal settings, and select the profile tab to upload your picture.

I don't want the phone number I have

It may not be obvious how to get your desired number, check out the related article "choosing your number" and talk to us at [email protected] to discuss your options. We can always change your number later on.

Do I need a credit card for a trial?

At this time yes, we don't charge anything for the trial, we do a 1 dollar check like a gas pump and you're in!

Can I use a prepaid card?

At this time no, Salesmsg does not accept prepaid debit cards. The card would need to be associated with a bank or credit account.
