Does each Infusionsoft user need to integrate into Salesmsg?
Yes, each Infusionsoft user will need to integrate their account into their Salesmsg account. This will give the user a way to send & receive messages from Infusionsoft as well as log the messages on the contacts notes.

Infusionsoft is connected to another account, what is this?
The Salesmsg user can only connect to one Infusionsoft user at a time. You won't be able to connect the same Infusionsoft user to multiple Salesmsg users.
