How can I tell if my text messages are going out?
From the Workflow, click on History to see if the workflow executed correctly.
If this shows as successful, then head over to Salesmsg and search for the contact to see if the contact has been created and any messages have been sent to them.
You can also check the Outbound filter to see any of the messages that were sent from your Workflow.
Can I send text from my Shared Inbox numbers?
Absolutely. From your Workflow, you can select the Shared Inbox phone number and Salesmsg will send the texts from that number.
I don't see my members numbers?
As the admin of your organization's account and after you've integrated with
HubSpot, you'll need to map your HubSpot users to your Salesmsg users to
make members available as a "Send as" option.
- Go to your Salesmsg HubSpot settings to map your users. Your Hubspot users will appear on the left and you'll like their Salesmsg accounts on the right.
