With Salesmsg's Call Forwarding feature you can forward calls to another number to take the calls.
Just follow these steps to setup Call Forwarding for your phone number!
1. Click on your Profile Icon then click Settings.
2. On the left panel, click on Numbers.
3. To the right of the phone number, click on the More Options icon and click on Call Forwarding.
4. Then Enable call forwarding and enter in your phone number
NOTE: Auto recharge must be enabled to enable call forwarding.
NOTE: This is a BETA feature.
At this time, when enabled, Call Prompting will allow you to screen your Salesmsg calls. This only works on a select few carriers at this time.
We have discovered that most carriers do not send the proper signals when your missed calls go to voicemail causing our Call Prompting script to loop filling up your voicemail. If you experience this behavior, please disable Call Prompting and send firstname.lastname@example.org an email with your carrier information. Thank you!
5. Save it and you're done!
Now when people call your Salesmsg phone number, they will be forwarded to the number you chose.
NOTE: You will be billed per minute charges for calls that are forwarded.
