If you're integration with your CRM an Salesmsg is not working it would be a few things.
1. You are not integrated.
2. There could be something going on with the connection from Salesmsg and Your CRM. (Doesn't happen often)
Easy way to check is click your Profile Avatar > Settings > Integrations. If your are not integrated just click the blue "Connect" tab next to your CRM.
Once integrated you will know by the "More Vert" icon showing instead of the blue "Connect" tab.
