Frequently Asked Questions

  1. I'm pressing the keys but it's not working?

  2. I'm in the right section and hitting the keys, but it's not doing what I expect?

    1. If a shortcut doesn’t work, check for browser, extension, or OS conflicts. For instance, some browsers reserve Ctrl + N to open a new window.

  3. Is there a way to select everything?

    1. In some areas! Use Shift + click to quickly select ranges for bulk actions in Conversations and Contacts.
