Frequently Asked Questions
I'm pressing the keys but it's not working?
Make sure you're in the message composer for / and Enter shortcuts — they only apply when the message box is focused.
Are there single-key shortcuts (like C for call, or M for a new message)?
No. Single-key shortcuts were considered during development but intentionally not implemented, since they risked interfering with normal message typing.
Is there a way to select everything at once?
Use Shift + Click to select a range of items for bulk actions in Conversations, Contacts, and other data tables.
