Monthly Payouts. Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer. Revenue share applies to subscription revenue only and excludes one-time fees and pass-through charges such as carrier and 10DLC fees.

How do I become an Expert Agency and resell? Reselling is unlocked at Expert status. You reach it by completing Textize Certification, closing your first referral deals, and being vetted and invited by the Salesmsg team. Expert Agencies earn 20% for 24 months and can onboard and bill clients directly.
What if someone signs up without my link? To get credit, a referral must use your unique link or be submitted as a lead before they sign up.
When are commissions paid? Monthly. You will need a W-9 (U.S.) or W-8BEN (international) to receive payouts via PayPal, Wise, or direct deposit.
What happens if a customer cancels or gets a refund? If a referred customer is refunded or churns, the related commission is clawed back automatically in the portal.
