Templates That Get You Started Faster

Workflows 2.0 includes a library of templates designed to handle the most common and high-impact business automations.

Autoresponder Template

Automatically reply to contacts when they take specific actions, such as filling out a form or texting a keyword. Save time while ensuring no lead or inquiry goes unanswered.

Reviews Template

Automatically follow up with customers to request a review after a purchase or interaction. Grow your online reputation and boost trust with authentic customer feedback.

Nurture Campaign Template

Send a timed series of texts to follow up with leads and keep conversations alive. Keep your brand top of mind and move prospects further down the sales funnel.

Send a Message Template

Deliver a one-time message to contacts based on a specific trigger or event. Quickly reach the right audience at the right time without setting up complex campaigns.

Dynamic Logic and Automation Tools

Inside any workflow, you can define triggers and actions that determine how and when messages are sent.

Triggers

Decide what starts the workflow—like when a contact opts in, replies to a message, or meets a specific condition.

Actions

  1. Contacts:

    • Add Tag: Automatically label contacts to segment or track them based on behavior or workflow progress.

    • Remove Tag: Clean up contact lists by removing outdated or irrelevant tags for better organization.

  2. External:

    • Send SMS: Instantly deliver personalized text messages to contacts as part of your automation.

    • Send Ringless: Drop a voicemail directly into a contact’s inbox without making their phone ring.

  3. Internal:

    • Add Contact Note: Automatically log notes to a contact’s profile for team visibility and record keeping.

  4. Conditions:

    • If/Else: Branch your automation paths based on specific contact responses, message content, or defined criteria.

    • Wait and Delay:Space out messages and actions to create more natural, human-like communication timing.

  5. Integrations:

    • Zoho CRM, Asana, Capsule, Close, Front, Insightly, Attio: Connect your workflows with leading CRMs and productivity tools to sync data, trigger actions, and maintain consistent communication across platforms.

Publish, Manage, and Enroll with Ease

Once your workflow is ready, you can review and publish it instantly. The activation screen shows how many contacts meet your criteria before launching, ensuring accuracy and control. You can also allow re-enrollment, limit to new contacts, or manually enroll test users directly from your contact view, conversation sidebar, or broadcast page.

If no active workflows exist, a simple tooltip clarifies that none are available—keeping your experience clean and intuitive.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I set my workflow to automatically expire or turn off?
No. Workflows must be turned off manually to prevent unwanted interruptions.

What happens if I edit a list used in workflow triggers?
You’ll need to pause the workflow first, update the list, and re-enable it. You can then re-enroll contacts that match the new criteria.

What happens to contacts already enrolled when I edit the workflow?
Once published, workflow changes won’t affect currently enrolled contacts. If re-enrollment is enabled, you can re-enroll them into the updated version.

Can I test a workflow before launching it?
Yes. You can manually enroll test contacts by disabling trigger filters, allowing you to preview message timing and logic.

Can I manually enroll contacts after publishing?
Absolutely. Manual enrollment is available for all active workflows, giving you flexibility in managing contact participation.
