You can create and save personalized responses that you can insert into your conversation so you don't have to write them out each time. 

To create and save your responses, follow this step by step guide. 

  1. Go to your Settings to locate Canned Messages.
  2. Give your canned message a title so you can refer to it when you need to use it and select whether you want this saved response to be used by your entire organization by toggling the option to Yes.
  3. If you would like to use this canned message with your Integration, make sure to select which integration you are using. If you are not using an integration, just select none and the canned message will still be saved in your texting platform.
  4. Insert your message along with any images, attachments or emojis and hit Create Canned Message to save.

Once you've created your canned messages, you can then use them while you text. Select the Add button in the text box to select a saved response.

Frequently asked questions

My canned messages are on my Canned Message page, but I don't see them on my textfield tool bar?
It's very likely the contact is not linked to the respective integration selected during the creation of your Canned message. For example; A HubSpot based canned message, will only be available on a HubSpot linked contact.
