Salesmsg passes through wireless carrier fees charged by carriers on messages sent from toll-free numbers. We pass these fees to our customers with no markup. Please see the fee schedule below for both U.S. and Canadian carriers.
Unregistered traffic and Campaign registration fee increases
On June 1, 2023 T-Mobile and AT&T have increased per-message fees for unregistered long code messaging to users on their networks. See below for details. In addition, T-Mobile has also began imposing their one-time $50 Campaign activation fee for any new Campaign registrations (excluding Starter), effective March 1.
Following T-Mobile and AT&T raising fees for unregistered messages to encourage 10DLC registration, Verizon will increase its per-message rate on unregistered traffic, effective July 1, 2023.

It is required to register now to benefit from improved deliverability and increased throughput in the new verified A2P 10DLC ecosystem. Please note that you will incur carrier fees corresponding to the quantity of messages you send.
A2P 10DLC Pricing and Fee's
There are three categories of fees associated with A2P 10DLC: Brand Registration Fees, Campaign Use Case Fee's, and Per-Message Carrier Fees.
All fees are charged by carriers as part of the A2P 10DLC system and are passed through by Salesmsg to our customers with no added cost. We also can't refund them for the same reason.

The Campaign use case registration fee is billed at time of approval, then as a renewal fee for the same amount each month, unless the Campaign is deactivated/deleted.
Notice: As of March 1, 2022, the T-Mobile one-time $50 campaign activation fee for all Campaign types excluding Starter is in effect.
Carrier Fees
are also charged by carriers for A2P 10DLC messages sent to users on their networks. These fees are applied in addition to Salesmsg's standard US Messaging pricing.

Is it possible to predict the cost of these carrier fees ahead of time?
Since your unique contact list, message type (SMS/MMS), and message volume will determine the cost, it's difficult to predict additional cost. For most customers, the cost will be minimal.

How can I see the fees I've occurred?
You can download your invoices from your Billing Overview page. Carrier fees will be charged at the end of your monthly billing cycle, for annual plans every 30 days, or when accumulated fees greater than $100, whichever is earlier.
Are any fees refundable?
Both carrier fees and 10DLC setup (passthrough) fees are non-refundable.
How can I tell if I have registered traffic?
You can review your 10DLC Profile, under your Organization Settings.
