You can easily import your HubSpot contact lists into Salesmsg and keep them automatically synced. This allows you to quickly send broadcasts or messages to the same contacts you manage in HubSpot.
What This Feature Does
When you connect a HubSpot list to Salesmsg:
Contacts from that list are imported into Salesmsg.
Changes made to the list in HubSpot will automatically sync to Salesmsg within minutes.
You can send Broadcast messages directly to those contacts from Salesmsg.
How to Import HubSpot Lists
Step 1: Open the App Marketplace
Click your Profile icon in the bottom-left corner of Salesmsg
Select Settings
Click App Marketplace
From there, locate the HubSpot integration.
Step 2: Open the HubSpot Integration Settings
Find HubSpot in the App Marketplace
Click the gear (βοΈ) icon next to the integration
Select Settings
Step 3: Add a HubSpot List to Sync
In the HubSpot settings page, locate Contact Syncing
Scroll down to the HubSpot Lists section
Click + Add List
Choose the HubSpot contact list(s) you want to import from the dropdown menu
You can select one or multiple lists to sync.
Once added, those contacts will automatically import into Salesmsg.
Step 4: Send Broadcasts to Your HubSpot List
Once your list(s) are synced, you can send dedicated Salesmsg Broadcasts to contacts in your HubSpot Contact lists.

To do this:
Go to Broadcasts in Salesmsg
Create a new Broadcast
In Contacts choose +New Filter
Select All HubSpot Lists to select your recipient group

Are HubSpot Lists synced in real time?
Changes made to your HubSpot lists typically sync with Salesmsg within a few minutes, so your contact data stays up to date.
Is there a limit to the number of lists I can import?
No. You can import and sync as many HubSpot contact lists as you need.
Can I sync HubSpot Company lists?
No. Salesmsg currently supports syncing contact-based lists only. Company object lists are not supported.
Not seeing the App Marketplace in your Settings?
If you go to Profile β Settings and donβt see the App Marketplace, itβs likely due to your user role permissions.
Only Account Owners and Admins can access integrations. Please ask the Owner, or an Admin to import the list for you, or update your role to grant access.
