HubSpot static and active lists are a great way to make custom lists of your contacts based on specific criteria. Best of all, you can make lists based on Salesmsg properties like Message Sent, Message Received, Call Received, and much more!

Pin HubSpot Lists to Favorites
You can now pin HubSpot Lists to your Favorites, just like Segments on the Contacts page!
Quick Access to Important Lists: Pinning your HubSpot Lists ensures they’re always just a click away, saving you time and effort searching for frequently used data.
Streamlined Workflow: With your most important lists easily accessible, you can focus more on engaging with your contacts and less on navigating between different tools.
Better Organization: Favorite your most-used HubSpot Lists to keep your workspace clean and tailored to your specific needs.
How It Works:
Navigate to the Contacts page, find your HubSpot Lists, and pin them to the side or add them to your Favorites. This simple setup ensures your workflow remains efficient and intuitive, allowing you to work the way that best suits your processes.

Sync Date Column
A new Sync Date column has been added to display the exact date and time of the last synchronization for each list. This allows for better tracking and visibility of your list’s sync history.
Refresh Icon
You now have the option to quickly refresh an individual synced list by clicking the new Refresh icon. This ensures that you can easily retrieve the most up-to-date data whenever needed.
Simplified Actions
To streamline the interface, the Remove List and Refresh options are now located under the three-dot menu. This keeps the list management interface clean and organized while maintaining access to essential actions.
Deletion Confirmation
For added security, clicking the Delete icon will trigger a confirmation modal. This ensures that you do not accidentally delete a list, providing an extra layer of protection.
Synchronization Error Handling
If you attempt to manually sync a list while another sync is already in progress, an error toast message will appear, notifying you with the message: “List synchronization is in progress.” This helps prevent conflicting sync attempts and keeps your process smooth.
Contact Card Customization
Salesmsg users can now personalize their HubSpot Contact properties within the Salesmsg Contact Card, ensuring they see the most relevant information at a glance.
You can select up to five properties to display, with a "Show More" button for additional details.
Easily search and add new properties from HubSpot, reorder them to match your workflow, or remove fields to keep your view focused. Any changes made apply per user across the organization, ensuring consistency.
Salesmsg automatically syncs with HubSpot, so no manual refresh is needed. If the integration disconnects, a reconnection prompt will appear. For unlinked contacts, Salesmsg will display a "Not Linked" state as before.

The difference between Active & Static lists
Active lists are always checking your HubSpot data to determine if the list needs to be updated and if it does HubSpot will automatically do so. While a Static list will give you results that are accurate at the moment you make the list, a Static list will not update when information in your HubSpot integration updates.
