Opt-in and Opt-out Management

  • Salesmsg: Opt-in Status: Indicates whether the contact has explicitly opted in to receive messages, showing "true" for opted-in and "false" otherwise.

  • Salesmsg: Opt-in Date: Records the date the contact opted in to receive messages, essential for compliance tracking.

  • Salesmsg: Opt-out Dates: Logs the dates when the contact opted out of receiving messages, enabling detailed opt-out tracking and reporting.
