The Salesmsg Status Page is a critical tool for monitoring the stability and operational status of various Salesmsg services. Whether you are using SMS, Broadcasts, or one of the many integrations like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Salesforce, the Status Page provides real-time updates on any service disruptions or degradations.
Service Monitoring and Status Delays
Each service has a specific delay threshold that determines when its status is shown as degraded or offline on the Status Page. These thresholds ensure that minor, temporary issues donโt immediately trigger alerts, while still providing timely information for more significant problems.
The Status page monitors all of the current status's of Salesmsg Features and Integrations up to 90 days so you can keep track of the stability of the service that you are using.
Status Options
Optimal:
There should not be any slowing down in your workflow, the Service and or Integration is working as it should and is not experiencing any delays.
Degraded:
The service is experiencing some delays or is not functional at the moment and is being worked on to fix and to reestablish to Optimal functionality.
Incident count:
This is used to indicate previous degradations and when they occured but have been restored to functioning levels.
Response Time Graphs
The Salesmsg app now includes general health status graphs that display Core Latency APM metrics over a multiple-day period with average responce time.
These graphs reflect the same parameters used to determine whether the app's status is "degraded" or "optimal."
For single queues, the graph shows queue performance over the last days, while for multiple queues, it displays the average or sum over the same period, providing a clear view of system performance.
