Salesmsg announces the availability of Rich Communication Services (RCS), enabling the sending of richer, branded, and more interactive messages. Key features and benefits of RCS in Salesmsg:

  • Enhanced Messaging: Teams can send visually engaging messages that include media, buttons, and verified branding. RCS turns standard messages into dynamic experiences, driving stronger engagement and trust.

  • Compliance and Reliability: RCS Compliance ensures every message meets carrier approval. Reliability is maintained through built-in compliance and automatic SMS fallback.

  • SMS Fallback: Automatic SMS fallback guarantees message delivery even when RCS is not supported, regardless of the customer's device or carrier.

  • RCS Features: Available RCS features include branded sender ID, read receipts, images, and carousels.

  • RCS Configurator: This tool allows users to create and customize RCS templates with logos, colors, and media to match their brand identity and build customer trust.

  • Broadcast with Impact: RCS Broadcasts transform bulk messaging by delivering promotions, updates, or campaigns with branded layouts and media, right from the existing Broadcast workflow.

  • Automated Experiences: RCS messaging can be added to Campaigns, Triggers, Workflows, and AI Agents for more engaging, personalized, and interactive automation at scale. Automated enrollment is optional and won't affect on-demand use.

Users can easily enable RCS messaging in their Salesmsg account.
