The December 2025 Salesmsg product newsletter highlights new enhancements for efficiency, reporting clarity, and streamlined account management.

Key Product Updates:

  • Booking Agent for Seamless Appointments:

    • The AI Booking Agent handles scheduling by collecting details via SMS and automatically creating Calendly appointments.

    • Customers receive instant confirmation, reminders, and built-in links.

    • The Agent can either "Chat to book a time" by texting back and forth or "Share booking link" and follow up until the meeting is confirmed.

  • Instant Call History Counter:

    • A dedicated counter and updated navigation track missed calls and voicemails, separating them from Chats for clearer inbox visibility.

    • This helps prioritize callbacks and stay on top of voice conversations.

  • Effortless Integration Reconnection:

    • The new reconnect option lets users refresh integration access and update scopes in one click.

    • It automatically triggers the setup flow, avoiding the need to disconnect and start over. Examples of integrations mentioned include Hubspot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, and Keap.

  • Company Name Editing:

    • Users can update their company name directly inside the Salesmsg Settings page.

    • Changes sync across all integrated systems, helping maintain accurate branding and clean data.

General Enhancements:

  • Filter Analytics within Business Hours:

    • A new time filter allows users to display analytics only within selected business-hour ranges (e.g., 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM).

    • This ensures charts and reports reflect real operating time, not off-hour activity.
