Quickly find, download, and manage your invoices in just a few clicks.

View & Download Your Invoices

Need a copy of your invoice? You can access and download all of your invoices directly from your account in just a few steps.


Where to Find Your Invoices

  1. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of Salesmsg

  2. Select Settings

From there, you’ll see a list of all your invoices:

Download an Invoice

  • Find the invoice you need

  • Click anywhere in the Invoice for options to download

Choose how you'd like to download it, and that’s it - your invoice will download instantly.


💡 Quick Tips

  • Only users with access to billing settings will be able to view invoices

  • Your invoices are itemized, so you can easily see charges and details


Frequently Asked Questions

Why doesn’t my invoice show my company name?

No problem - this can be updated in your settings.
Go to: Profile → Settings → Organization → Company Name

Once updated, your invoices will reflect the correct name going forward.

What charges are included on my invoice?

Your invoice includes charges like SMS, MMS, and carrier fees (A2P 10DLC).

Can invoices be sent to me automatically?

Not just yet - automatic invoice emails aren’t currently available.

It’s something on our roadmap, though! You can add yourself as a voter on the feature request to be notified when this becomes available.

I can’t find an invoice for a charge - what should I do?

Please reach out to our support team, who will be happy to help track it down.

To speed things up, please be sure to include:

  • The date of the charge

  • The amount

  • The last 4 digits of the card used

With that info, we can quickly locate the correct invoice for you.
