You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Upgrade or Downgrade Your Subscription
Go to your Plan & Billing page in Salesmsg, and click on Upgrade to view your subscription options.
From there, you can:
Upgrade your Basic plan
Upgrade your Pro plan
Or downgrade either plan to better fit your needs
How to Cancel Your Account
Click your Profile in the bottom-left corner of the screen
Select Settings
Go to Plan & Billing
Scroll down to the bottom of the page
Click Cancel your account (red button)
Complete the short cancellation form to confirm

Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at anytime.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Please note: prepaid cards are not accepted.
What happens when I cancel my account?
When a Salesmsg account is canceled, you will have 30 days to restore access to your account, your contacts, broadcasts, and credits.
After 30 days, all of your contacts and credits will be removed.
When will my plan cancel?
Your subscription will cancel at the end of your billing cycle.
Can I re-activate my canceled subscription before it's closed?
Yes, you can resume your subscription before the account closes by going to your Plan & Billing page in Salesmsg, and clicking "Keep my plan":

Can I re-activate my canceled subscription after it's closed?
Yes, you can restart your subscription by using your previous login information (email & password) and clicking the "Restart Subscription" button at the top right of the screen:

Will I lose my contacts and other information if I cancel?
Yes. You will have 30 days to choose an active subscription, or choose the pay as you go plan to keep your contacts, triggers, messages, credits, and everything in your account. After 30 days, we will purge your information.
