In this tutorial, you'll discover how to manage the Opt-in/Opt-out status of your Contacts using three straightforward steps.
Create new workflow or find the one you want to edit.
Add trigger criteria for the set of Contacts you want to set Opt-in status for
Add Salesmsg Update Opt-in Status action and chose if you want to opt your contacts in or out.
Note: By default, all Contacts in Salesmsg are set to Opted-in.
Additional Information: Opting-out a Contact will prevent them from receiving any messages sent by Salesmsg or any integrations connected to that specific Salesmsg Account.
