Does it cost anything to change a member’s role?
Only if you’re upgrading someone from the free Observer role (view-only) to a role with higher permissions.
Can I assign any user to the “Owner” role?
No - there can only be one Owner. The closest role to Owner is Admin. If you want to transfer ownership, the current Owner can contact our Support team to swap roles with another member.
If I disable all features for a user, do they become an Observer?
Not automatically. To make a user view-only, you need to select the Observer role. Turning off all feature permissions isn’t enough.
What does “Contact Access” control?
Contact Access determines which contacts a member can see. This is especially helpful for companies with multiple teams or locations, letting you organize contacts by team and ensure everyone only sees the relevant information.
