Quick Links is a powerful feature in Salesmsg that allows you to set up customized links for each contact. By using merge fields, you can dynamically personalize URLs for every contact in your database.

Setting Up Quick Links
Navigate to Settings and select Quick Links
Click the Add Link button
Enter a descriptive Label (e.g., "Help Guide" or "CRM Profile")
Input the URL, including any merge fields you want to use. Merge fields are optional and you can add a static link if you need to
Click Add to save your Quick Link
Using Merge Fields
Merge fields allow you to dynamically insert contact information into your links. For example*:
mycrm.com/contact/{{contact_id}}
*in order for the link to work correctly please use Salesmsg merge field selector
When this link is accessed for a specific contact, {{contact_id}}
will automatically be replaced with that contact's unique ID.
Accessing Quick Links
Quick Links appear in a dedicated card in the contact information section. Simply:
Open any contact conversation
Find the Quick Links card in the contact sidebar
Click on any link to open it in a new browser tab
Links containing merge fields that haven't been filled for a particular contact will appear disabled.
Managing Your Quick Links
Rearrange: Drag and drop the Quick Links section to position it where you need it
Edit: Click Manage Links to modify existing Quick Links or add new ones
Help: Click the Help Guide button for additional assistance
