The Numbers page has been completely redesigned to give you more control, better visibility, and a seamless way to manage all your phone numbers assigned, unassigned, local, toll-free, and everything in between.

A Modern Table Built for Speed

The new layout features a clean, customizable table that makes it easy to view, sort, and filter your numbers. You can personalize your columns to focus on what matters most, such as license status, provider, assignment, and more.

You can now check all of your Assigned and Unassigned Numbers as well as their status for approval, their Number type and so much more as everything loads faster, looks cleaner, and gives you the flexibility to manage numbers at scale!

Adding a Number

Key actions like Buy, Assign, Port, Release, and Refresh are now available directly from the table view. When you select the Buy Number option you can now directly Buy, Add, Text-enable, and Port your number.

Buying a Number

Now you can quickly purchase a number and have in directly enter usage after approval.

When adding a new Toll-Free or Local number in Salesmsg, the process is simple and flexible. You can start by choosing the type of number you need, then filter by country, state or province, and even narrow your search by ZIP code to find a number that fits your exact location.

Once you've found the right number, you can instantly assign it to an inbox, complete the payment, and you're ready to go.

Within moments, your new number will be fully active and ready for messaging and calling through Salesmsg.

Adding a Number from an App

To add numbers from the app, you can now connect your Aircall number directly, have it approved through the Salesmsg app, and start using it right away for texting and calling within Salesmsg.

This makes it easier than ever to bring your existing numbers into your Salesmsg workflow without any extra setup.

More Provider Options

We’ve added support for Aircall so you can bring in numbers from your existing voice provider and keep your communication stack in sync.

Disclaimer: Zipwhip has been removed and is no longer supported as a provider.

Text-enable a landline

For enabling a landline simply add your landline number and go through the 5 step process that allows for you to register your number and get it approved for use in Texting.

Porting your Number

Porting your number means transferring your existing phone number from your current service provider (like Twilio, RingCentral, or your mobile carrier) into Salesmsg, so you can use it to send texts and make calls directly from the platform.

This allows you to keep the phone number your customers already know and trust, without needing to get a brand new one.

Smarter License Management

You’ll now see your phone number licenses at a glance. Whether you're adding seats or ensuring compliance, the updated license tracking helps you monitor usage and make smarter decisions.

No guesswork, and no surprises, just clear insights into how your licenses are being used.

Simplified Buying

Buying a new number? A guided flow helps you choose the right number type and location with confidence. Porting existing numbers is now faster and more transparent with an improved experience from start to finish.
