If you're using Zoho CRM to manage your customer relationships, you can now supercharge your communication with Salesmsg - without breaking your existing workflows.

This integration is built for business owners, sales teams, and fast-growing organizations that want to keep everything in sync and talk to customers faster - all without switching tabs.


🚀 How to Connect Zoho CRM to Salesmsg

  1. Go to Settings

    • From the left-hand menu, click on Settings.

  2. Open the App Marketplace

    • In the Settings sidebar, select App Marketplace.

  3. Find Zoho CRM

    • In the Marketplace list, scroll down or use the search bar to find Zoho CRM.

  4. Select Zoho CRM

    • Click on the Zoho CRM integration card.

  5. Connect Zoho CRM

    • In the integration window, click the Connect button.

  6. Sign in to Zoho

    • A new window will appear prompting you to log in with your Zoho CRM account credentials.

  7. Grant Permissions

    • Review the requested permissions and click Allow/Accept to give Salesmsg access to your Zoho CRM account.

  8. Integration Confirmed

    • Once connected, you’ll see a confirmation in Salesmsg, and Zoho CRM will be listed under My Integrations.


Zoho Integration Section

When your Zoho CRM integration is connected, new sections appear in the Integration UI to give you clearer insight into your setup:

  • Settings Tab: Automatically visible once Zoho is connected.

  • Sync Section: Includes a dropdown to view sync type — 1-way or 2-way sync (default: 2-way; 1-way is disabled).

  • Field Mapping Section: Displays default mapped fields — First Name, Last Name, Phone, and Email — greyed out to indicate they’re fixed and uneditable.
