Users with access to multiple organizations or inboxes can now view and manage Saved Replies according to updated permission settings. Only those with the right role can edit, delete, or create replies, ensuring that teams maintain structure and control.
Viewing and Managing Replies
From the main list, users see all Saved Replies they have permission to view. Each reply includes key information such as the title, message text, and access level. Replies marked as shared are visible across the organization, while private replies remain accessible only to the creator.
Administrators can manage replies for teams, ensuring consistent communication across users. Any changes update automatically across connected inboxes, keeping content current and uniform.
Creating Saved Replies
Creating a new Saved Reply is faster and more flexible in the redesign. Users can name the reply, add message content, and choose whether to share it with the entire organization or keep it private. Once saved, the reply appears instantly in the list for quick use during conversations.
Permissions
Permissions determine who can view, edit, or create Saved Replies.
Admins have full control over all replies in their organization.
Members can view and use shared replies but can only manage their own.
Users without create access will see existing replies but won’t be able to add or modify them.
