Submitting RCS Compliance Information
Submit your RCS compliance details directly in Salesmsg instead of going back and forth over email. Fill out one guided form with your business and messaging information, and Salesmsg handles the rest of the registration process for you.
How It Works
RCS compliance confirms that your business and messaging practices meet carrier requirements before you can send RCS messages. The submission form walks you through seven steps, collecting everything needed to register your RCS sender. Once you submit, Salesmsg reviews your information and completes the registration on your behalf.
Setting It Up
Go to Compliance in your Salesmsg account and select Start under RCS Compliance.
Sender information: Add your business name, description, logo, banner image, brand color, and a fallback number or inbox.
Add countries: Select the countries you want to register for. Salesmsg currently supports the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
Business info: If you selected the United States, add your Employer Identification Number (EIN), legal business name, business type, business industry, business address, and business website URL. Public companies also add their stock exchange and stock symbol.
Contact info: Add the first name, last name, email, and business title of your compliance contact.
Use case: Describe how you plan to use RCS messaging, including your use case description, an optional use case video URL, your monthly organic website traffic, and your estimated monthly message volume. If you already send messages on a short code, include that number and its traffic volume.
Opt-in and message info: Describe how contacts opt in and out of your messages, including your message flow, opt-in policy image URL, opt-out description, and sample HELP and STOP messages.
Agreement: Review and confirm the required acknowledgments, then submit your form.
What to Expect
If you don't select the United States as one of your countries, the Business info step is skipped and the remaining steps are reordered.

United States submissions include a $700 total fee, and review typically takes 2 to 4 weeks.
Before you can submit, you'll confirm three acknowledgments:
Your privacy policy states that you don't share text messaging consent information with third parties.
Your Terms of Service include your program name, message frequency, customer care instructions, opt-out instructions, a link to your privacy policy, and standard messaging disclaimers.
You've reviewed the CTIA Short Code Compliance Handbook and your RCS sender meets its requirements.
After you submit, you can view your submission details at any time to check on its status.
