With Salesmsg's HubSpot integration, we give you the ability to send the text message based on the Contact Owner in HubSpot. This makes it easy to create simple, scalable, and dynamic campaigns based on the Property within HubSpot.
Why Would I Use This?
If you are rotating leads or assigning Contact Owners to your contacts and leads within HubSpot and you want the text messages to come from the appropriate owner, then you'd use this method.
How it Works
From your HubSpot Workflow, you can select to send the text as the Contact Owner.
- If Mike is the HubSpot Contact Owner, then Salesmsg will send the text coming from Mike's Salesmsg number.
- If Julie is the HubSpot Contact Owner, then Salesmsg will send the text coming from Julie's Salesmsg number.
So rather than choosing to send the text from a specific number, Salesmsg will send it dynamically based on who owns the Contact.
Step 1: Map Your HubSpot Users To Salesmsg Users
As the admin, after you've integrated HubSpot, you'll need to map your HubSpot users to your Salesmsg users. We need to this know which HubSpot user is assigned to the Salesmsg phone number for which we can send the text messages from.
- Go to your Salesmsg HubSpot settings
- Map your HubSpot users (left) with the Salesmsg users (right)
Step 2: Create Your Text From Your Workflow
The next step is to create your Workflow and your text message.
