Scheduling a text

For your convenience, you can schedule a text to send out at a later time.Β This is helpful for appointment reminders or if you just want to preemptively set up when your next message is sent.Β

Steps to Schedule a Text Message

Insert your message in the text box and before you send it, click on the upwards arrow next to the send icon. to schedule when your message will go out.

Once you select the Schedule Message option a calendar will pop up to allow you to select what day and time you want to send the message.

Edit and Cancel a scheduled text

Hover over your scheduled message to reveal options: send now, edit, reschedule, copy text or delete.

If you need to cancel your scheduled response, click the Delete to cancel the message. Or set your message to Stop on Response.

If you activate the "Stop on Response" option, your scheduled message will automatically be canceled upon receiving an inbound message from the contact. This is particularly useful for avoiding redundant automated follow-ups, such as "Haven't heard back from you," if you've already received a reply.

Consolidated scheduled messages view

With your Messages scheduled you can now view your message that you will send along with all the messages you are currently sending as part of your conversation showing all of your current and future messages in one space.

Scheduled Message Integration

Scheduled messages are now fully integrated into the Conversation thread, giving users a clear view of both pending and delivered messages within the same timeline. This feature helps users stay organized by keeping all communications in one place, ensuring that no scheduled messages are overlooked.

  • Visibility of Scheduled Messages: Scheduled messages will appear in the Conversation thread, making it easy to track them alongside the rest of your messages.

  • Placement: These scheduled messages are always positioned at the bottom of the thread under the appropriate date they are scheduled to be sent.

  • After Sending: Once a scheduled message is sent, it seamlessly transitions into the conversation as a standard message, appearing in the timeline just like any other sent message.
