We have recently added webhook functionality to our feature set. This new functionality allows users to easily integrate Salesmsg with other applications and services in order to automate certain actions and send data to a desired destination.
Webhooks can be found in the account settings section, under the Integrations tab. Once there, users can set up webhooks and specify the triggers that will activate them. Triggers include actions related to messages, inboxes, and contacts, among others.
With the addition of webhooks, Salesmsg users can now automate tasks such as sending data to a CRM or other database, triggering a workflow in another application, or sending notifications to a team or individual. This new feature allows for greater flexibility and customization in how Salesmsg is used, and can help streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Webhook Management Table
Easily view and manage all your configured webhooks in one place. Webhook Management Table gives you a clear overview of every webhook connected to your Salesmsg account—helping you monitor integrations and maintain control over your custom workflows.
Centralized View: Click the Webhooks section to open a table listing all your configured webhooks.
Smart Display:
If no webhooks are set up, an empty state message appears.
Once at least one webhook exists, a detailed table is shown.
Webhook Details: Each row displays key information—
Name: User-defined label for quick identification.
Status: “Active” or “Disabled” with clear visual indicators.
URL: Destination address where data is sent.
Menu Icon: A static 3-dot UI element for future options.
Table Controls:
Default view shows 10 webhooks per page with pagination.
Adjust the number of entries per page and navigate with “Previous” and “Next” controls.
Create New: A “+ New Webhook” button appears above the table for quick setup (UI only).
Responsive Design: Optimized for desktop and mobile viewing for easy access anywhere.
