Frequently Asked Questions
Will text messages log back to Close?
Not at this time. To view your messages from Close, the Salesmsg Chrome Extension is the recommended alternative.

Yes. When setting up your trigger, open the Integrations dropdown and select Close to connect it to your workflow.
How can I tell if my integration has been disconnected?
If an error on either Close or Salesmsg disconnects the integration, you will see a status bar at the top of your Salesmsg conversations page the next time you log in. The banner indicates your integration is disconnected and prompts you to reconnect.
