Not getting or can't hear notifications in Chrome?

If you're not receiving notifications with sound in Chrome, click on the padlock icon in the address bar, and Allow Notifications and Sound.


Safari

Not getting or can't hear notifications in Safari?

If you're not receiving notifications with sound in Safari, go to:

  1. Safari

  2. Preferences

  3. Websites

  4. Auto-Play

Then, ensure 'app.intercom.com' is set to 'Allow All Auto-Play':
