If you'd like to receive an email for every incoming SMS and be able to reply to them, then our Email-to-SMS feature is the perfect solution. You can access this feature by going Settings > Organization Settings to set this up.
All incoming messages sent from one contact will be consolidated into one email thread, so the context of the conversation will never slip away. Plus, the name and the title of the contact appears in the email title, so you can be sure that you talk to the right person.
To receive email notifications for incoming messages go to Personal Settings > Notifications and toggle the setting "on", then click Save.
How Do Email Notifications Work?
Whenever you receive a new text message, Salesmsg will send a browser notification first. If the user is not online after 15 minutes, the email will be sent to the user at the next quarter-hour interval. (X:00, X:15, X:30 & X:45)
