How to Change Your Email Address
Navigate to Salesmsg> Settings> Personal Settings> Email
Overwrite the new email address over the old email address in the E-Mail Address field.
Enter your current password in the "Current Password" field.
Click Save.
How to Update Your Password
Navigate to Salesmsg> Settings> Personal Settings> Password
Enter your current password in the "Current Password" field.
Enter your New Password in the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" fields.
Click Save.
How to Reset Your Password
If you forgot your password, the best thing to do is to trigger a password reset.
If you are currently logged in, click on your Profile (bottom left button where your photo should be).
Choose "Log out" (If you are not logged in, navigate to the Sign In Page).
Select "Forgot your password?"
Enter your e-mail address in the E-Mail field.
Follow the instructions sent to your email on how to reset your password.
