You can set up business hours for texting too. If you're away, let your clients know by setting up your business hours which then sends an automated reply to those attempting to reach you outside of your availability.
- Go to your Settings > Business Hours
- Toggle your Status On
- Select your Timezone
- Customize your Business Days and Hours to your availability.
- Then insert your personalized auto-reply and hit save!
When a contact sends a text to your SMS number outside of your business hours, they'll receive your away message. They will know their message was delivered and to expect a response soon.
