Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between this and Salesmsg Analytics
It's a preference to capture this information in HubSpot reports, keep in mind Salesmsg Analytics is always going to update faster!
Does this track the total amount of messages that are sent from workflows as well as one-off messages my team executes?
This tracks any and all messages sent or received as long as the contact who is involved in the correspondence has a valid Salesmsg x HubSpot user as their contact owner.
