Frequently Asked Questions
What is the pricing structure for Group Messaging?
Group Messaging uses credits based on how many people you're messaging and how long your message is.
âHereâs how it works:
Each recipient in the group counts as one credit per message (as long as itâs under 160 characters).
âFor example:
If you send a group message to 3 people, and itâs under 160 characters, it will use 3 credits total â one for each recipient.
Longer messages may use more credits, just like regular texts.
What is the difference between a Group Message and a Broadcast?
A Group Message lets everyone in the conversation see and reply to each other â itâs perfect for group discussions or collaborative updates.
A Broadcast, on the other hand, sends the same message to many people individually. Recipients wonât see each other or each otherâs replies â itâs ideal for announcements or one-way updates.
âThink of it like email:
Group Message = sending to everyone in the "To" field
Broadcast = sending using "Bcc" so replies stay private
