The number of credits charged depends on the number of recipients in a group message. For example, if a group message contains two recipients and a message is sent out from a Salesmsg number, then two credits will be charged for that outgoing text.
2) If a contact is added to an existing conversation, would they be able to see the history of the conversation?
No, they will only see messages from the point they were added to the conversation onward.
