The Salesmsg mobile app allows you to manage your broadcasts, including text broadcasting and ringless voicemail, directly from your mobile device. Whether you’re reviewing the performance of past broadcasts or creating new ones, the app ensures you can stay connected with your audience anytime, anywhere.

On the broadcast tab, you'll be able to select broadcasts that have already sent and review their performance. You'll also be able to configure, write, and send your next broadcast right from your mobile device.

Accessing the Broadcast Tab:

  1. Open the Salesmsg mobile app.

  2. Navigate to the 'Broadcast' tab in the main menu.

  3. From this tab, you can view a list of previously sent broadcasts and check their performance.


Text Broadcasting

Text broadcasting is a powerful way to send mass messages to multiple contacts while keeping your communication personalized. The Salesmsg mobile app makes it easy to configure and send text broadcasts.

How to Create a Text Broadcast:

  1. Tap the 'Create New Broadcast' button in the Broadcast tab.

  2. Select 'Text Broadcast' as the message type.

  3. Choose the recipients for your broadcast. You can select from existing contact lists or add individual contacts.

  4. Write your broadcast message. Use the editor to personalize the message with tokens like the recipient’s name, company name, or custom fields.

  5. Preview your message to ensure everything looks correct.

  6. Configure the broadcast’s settings, including whether you want to send it as an SMS or MMS and if you want to include media.

  7. Once ready, tap 'Send Now' to send the broadcast immediately or select 'Schedule' to choose a future date and time.


Monitoring Broadcast Performance:

After sending a text broadcast, you can return to the Broadcast tab to review its performance. Key metrics include:

  • Delivery rate: How many messages were successfully delivered.

  • Open rate: If enabled, you can track how many recipients opened your message.

  • Replies: Track the responses to your broadcast to manage follow-up communication effectively.

Salesmsg’s Ringless Voicemail feature allows you to send prerecorded voicemail messages directly to your contacts’ voicemail inboxes without ringing their phone. This non-intrusive method is an effective way to deliver important information or updates.


Sending a Ringless Voicemail Broadcast:

  1. Tap the 'Create New Broadcast' button in the Broadcast tab.

  2. Select 'Ringless Voicemail' as the message type.

  3. Choose the recipients for your voicemail broadcast. You can select an existing list of contacts or add them manually.

  4. Upload or record your voicemail message directly within the app. Ensure that your message is clear, concise, and ready to be delivered.

  5. Preview the message and check the recipients.

  6. Once ready, tap 'Send Now' to send the voicemail broadcast immediately or use the 'Schedule' option to send it at a later time.

Reviewing Ringless Voicemail Broadcast Performance:

You can monitor the success of your voicemail broadcasts through the Broadcast tab. Metrics include:

  • Voicemail delivery rate: The percentage of voicemails that were successfully delivered to your contacts’ inboxes.

  • Contact engagement: Track how your audience is interacting with your voicemail by viewing follow-up responses or engagements.
