Dragable Sidebar: Now inside of your contacts you are now able to move around and swap you sections based on what is more important for you to view.
Improved Navigation: Our revamped navigation menu makes it easier for you to find the features and tools you need. Easily access your contacts list or saved segments from the left-sidebar.
βEasier Contact Creation: Creating a new contact is now just one click away! Simply fill out the required fields in the Right Sidebar, and your new lead will be added to your contacts list. No more tons of modals! Besides, you can add not only basic info, but also custom fields for storing additional data (e.g., job title or industry, and more).
βEnhanced Contact Management: Focus on a single contact's profile page to view their detailed information, including custom field data, notes, and more. Or select multiple contacts at once using our bulk actions, then perform actions such as manage tags, validate numbers, delete, and more.
βUpgraded Search and Filters Functionality: Use our advanced filtering options to segment your leads based on criteria such as decision-makers, industry, tags, or more. Create custom segments that help you target the right audience with personalized messages. Find specific contacts quickly using our advanced search bar.
βImport and Export Contacts: Quickly add multiple leads at once using our CSV import feature. Simply upload your list of contacts and we'll take care of the rest. And download a copy of your entire contact database for further analysis, backup purposes, or to share with colleagues.
Using the Salesmsg 2.0 Contact Pages
To get started with our updated Contacts Page, follow these steps:
Log in to your Salesmsg account.
Click on the βTry Salesmsg 2.0β button
Click on the "Contacts" tab from the top navigation menu.
Use the search bar at the top of the page to find specific contacts, or create a new contact by clicking the "Create" button.
Tips and Tricks
Bulk Actions: Select multiple contacts at once using our bulk action feature, then perform actions such as sending messages or updating custom fields in bulk.
Contact Cards: Hover over each contact's profile picture to access their detailed information, including custom field data, tags, and more.
Drag-and-Drop Sorting: Sort your contacts list by dragging column headers into the desired order.
