To update your email address go to Personal Settings > Email enter your new email address and enter your password to save and update the changes.
To update your password go to Personal Settings > Password enter your current password first, then add your new password and hit save confirm your new password.
If you forgot your password and can't login to your account, reset your password using this link, https://app.salesmessage.com/auth/forgot
- Enter your email address and Salesmsg will send you instructions on resetting your password.
- If you're currently logged into Salesmsg and attempt these steps to reset your password it won't work. Log completely out of Salesmsg and then follow the steps above.
