How It Works

To start customizing your own widget navigate, to Website Chat Widget under Settings. From there you can start personalizing your widget including:

  • Which Phone Number the incoming messages will go to

  • A personalized Welcome Message for your users

  • Header and call to action Button text

  • Compliance text

  • The Primary Color of the widget

  • Choose positioning of your chat
