Overview
Use this article to manage your Salesmsg login credentials. You can:
Update the email address associated with your account
Change your password while logged in
Reset your password if you've forgotten it
Update Your Email Address
Click your profile icon in the lower-left corner.
Select Settings> Account
Click your current email address.
For security purposes, enter your current password and click Next:
Enter your new email address.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Change Your Password While Logged In
Click your profile icon in the lower-left corner.
Select Settings> Account
Click Change Password:
Enter:
Click Save to apply your changes.
Password Requirements
Your password must contain:
At least 8 characters
At least 1 uppercase letter
At least 1 lowercase letter
At least 1 number
At least 1 special character
Reset a Forgotten Password
If you can't sign in because you've forgotten your password:
Navigate to the Salesmsg login page.
Click Forgot Your Password?
Enter the email address associated with your Salesmsg account.
Click Send Instructions.
Open the password reset email and follow the instructions provided.
Create a new password and sign in.
Note: The password reset email will come from: Salesmsg Support <[email protected]>
If you don't receive the password reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I update my email address?
If the email address you're trying to use has previously been associated with a Salesmsg account, our Support team may need to unlock it before it can be used again. Contact Support for assistance.
Can I change my password without knowing my current password?
If you're unable to remember your current password, use the Forgot Password option from the login page to reset it.
I didn't receive my password reset email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see the email, verify that you entered the correct email address and try again.
The password reset link keeps taking me back to my account. What should I do?
If you're already signed in to Salesmsg, the password reset link may redirect you back to your account instead of allowing you to create a new password. Please take the following steps:
Log out of Salesmsg.
Return to the password reset email.
Click the password reset link again.
Follow the prompts to create a new password.
If you're still redirected back to your account, try the following:
Open a new Google Chrome Incognito window.
Copy the password reset link from the email.
Paste the link into the Incognito window and press Enter.
Follow the prompts to reset your password.
If the reset works in Incognito mode, the issue is likely related to your browser's cache or cookies. Clear your browser's cache and cookies before trying again in your regular browser.
